Instructions
- Open the Grow Bag and remove the contents except for the clay balls.
- Fill the bag with all the substrate.
- Spread 4 to 6 seeds and bury them slightly.
- Water or mist, keeping the substrate moist but not soaked.
- Place in a warm location with a few hours of direct sunlight each day.
- It may take 15 to 30 days to germinate and grows about 2 cm per year.
- When the substrate appears dry (check with your finger), add a little water.
- The Christmas tree grows about 2-3 cm per year. After 1 to 2 years, it should be transplanted to a location with more space.

- How long does it take to grow?
The European pine or fir grows about 2 to 3 cm per year. After germination, if multiple shoots sprout, when they reach about 2 to 4 cm, you should remove the weaker ones and leave only the strongest. After 1 to 2 years, it should be transplanted to a location with more space, either a pot or a garden, to develop more quickly.
- Will it grow again?
The pine will not grow again.
- How often should I water it?
The pine likes moist soil, but not soggy. Check with your finger in the soil: if it feels dry, water close to the ground with the equivalent of a coffee cup. In summer, it requires more regular watering. Remember that the Grow Bag does not have a drainage hole, and if it retains too much water at the bottom, it can harm the plant.
- Should I place it outside or move it to a pot?
Our kits are designed for indoor use, in a location with light and direct sunlight, but they can be placed outdoors in a sheltered spot. After 1 or 2 years, you should move the pine to a larger pot or garden, so it can develop more quickly.
