Instructions
- Lift the top part of the bottle and fill the bottom half with water up to the middle.
- Replace the top part and remove the cork stopper.
- Spread the seeds in the soil. Lightly cover them.
- Water or mist, keeping the substrate moist but not soaked.
- Place in a warm location with a few hours of direct sunlight each day.
- Always keep the bottom part filled with water.
- It may take 6 to 12 days to germinate and 3 to 4 months to harvest.

- How long does it take to grow?
When sown during spring or summer, basil can take between 2 to 3 months before you can harvest the leaves. Basil should always be harvested from the top; as it grows, always remove the upper part of the plant, leaving some leaves below so it can continue to grow.
- Will it grow back?
Basil is an annual plant. After harvesting all the leaves, you should replace the soil and plant more seeds.
- How often should I water it?
You should water or mist the substrate at the beginning until it germinates. After germination, ensure that the bottom of the bottle always has water.
- Should I place it outside or transfer it to a pot?
Our kits are designed for indoor use, in a location with light and direct sunlight, but they can also be placed outdoors. It is not necessary to transfer it to a pot; the Grow Bottle has enough space for the basil to grow.
- Are there white flies on the leaves?
Your plant is infested with whiteflies. To combat this, you can dissolve 1 teaspoon of soap flakes and add 5 drops of oil to half a liter of warm water, then place it in a spray bottle. Spray until the whiteflies are well covered. You can also use neem oil, which is a natural insect repellent.
